My career began deep in code and infrastructure, and gradually evolved into leading technology teams, shaping IT strategy, and aligning technology with real business needs.
With over a decade of experience across development, operations, and system architecture, I bring a pragmatic and structured approach to IT leadership. I believe technology should be reliable, secure, and scalable—but more importantly, it must serve the organization’s long-term vision and growth.
My strengths lie in translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable decisions for executives, while maintaining credibility and trust with engineering teams. I value clarity, accountability, and thoughtful execution, and I’m particularly focused on building resilient systems, high-performing teams, and sustainable technology roadmaps.

I met Hamid at RefahTech 2018 in Tehran. He was working on a BSS development project as a team-leader. I had never been involved with a development of this scale. Hamid was incredible.
